who we are
Strikes For Kids is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that was founded in 2012. Our belief in the power of sports and community to make a difference in the lives of children drives our mission to provide extraordinary experiences and create lasting memories for young fans and families. Through over 100 bowling, softball, and golf events, we have been able to bring joy and happiness to thousands of children across the country.
One of the most unique aspects of our events is the presence and support of over 125 athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, and MMA. These amazing athletes generously give their time to spend an evening with our young attendees, making our events even more special. Their presence not only brings excitement and inspiration to the children, but it also serves as a reminder of the positive impact that sports can have on our youth.
But our impact goes beyond just providing fun and memorable experiences. We are committed to supporting those in need, which is why we give away backpacks, toys, and scholarships during our events. We also recognize and reward local student-athletes between the ages of 6 and 13 for their athletic and academic successes. By doing so, we hope to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.

Our Bike Giveaway Program has enjoyed the privilege of awarding over 350 bikes to deserving children who have excelled academically and athletically. We believe that a new bike is not just a fun reward, but also a symbol of hard work and determination. What makes our program even more special is the presence of a professional athlete at each event, who personally hands over the bikes to the children. It is a heartwarming experience for both the children and the athletes, and we are honored to facilitate such meaningful interactions.
Our Backpack Giveaway Program has helped ease the financial burden of school supplies for families in specific communities. By partnering with Backpacks USA, we have provided over 15,000 fully stocked backpacks to students nationwide. We understand the importance of starting the school year on the right foot, and this program has enabled us to support families in need and ensure a successful academic journey for the children.
Our Toy Giveaway Program celebrates and rewards the achievements of student-athletes. Through this program, we have donated over 2,500 toys to children who have excelled in both sports and academics. We believe that these children deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work, and we are grateful to be able to contribute to their happiness.
Our Scholarship Program supports high school seniors with college tuition, housing, books, and supplies. We have awarded sums between $250 and $1,500 to deserving students who have met our criteria of a minimum 3.0 GPA, 40+ hours of community service, and participation in extracurricular activities for two years. Our goal is to provide these students with the opportunity to pursue higher education and make a positive impact in their communities.
